Return/Exchange Policy:

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Original Condition: Ensure that all items are returned in their original condition - free from stains, fragrance, and unworn/unwashed. Items received in poor condition may not be eligible for return.

  2. USA Hassle-Free Returns: Utilize our pre-paid return label to ship your merchandise back with no up-front postage fees. A service fee of $9.95 per order will be deducted from your return/exchange funds before issuing a refund.

  3. International Returns: Unfortunately, we do not provide a pre-paid return option for international returns. Use a shipping method with tracking and insurance, and cover the shipping costs yourself.

  5. Refund Process: Refunds, including the purchase price and applicable sales tax, will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an incorrect item.
